Cancellation
Please note that all cancelled appointments and no-shows are not refundable.
Rescheduling
We’d be happy to help you reschedule your appointment. You can easily do so by clicking the “Reschedule your appointment” button in your original confirmation email. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at 408.596.9504 or email us with your preferred date and time. Please note: appointments changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
Can my appointment be covered by insurance?
We are not working with insurance at this time; a full payment will be required to confirm your appointment. However, a reimbursement guide is available directly for Echolight and you may use it to seek a reimbursement from your insurance plan.
